Life often comes with challenges that can be hard to navigate alone. In therapy, I provide a safe space where clients can be their true selves and explore deeper into the challenges they are currently facing. Often, our childhood, relationship experiences, and current place in life influence what we think about ourselves and how we navigate the world. When people find themselves yearning for understanding and connection, therapy is a place where exploration, warmth, and validation can make all the difference. I speak English/Spanish and support individuals, children, and teens.
When working through attachment wounds, trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, working through relationship conflict, inner conflict or navigating changes in adolescence or parenthood, I use an attachment, trauma-focused, emotion-focused, and psychodynamic lens as well as utilize EMDR, IFS/ego parts work, brain spotting, and perinatal work to support clients.
