I work with people that are experiencing relationship issues, anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, life transitions, low self esteem and grief.
I utilize different approaches based on your needs and preferences. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, and certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). I also utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) skills.
