As a bereaved mother and a trained therapist, I have deep personal, as well as clinical, understanding of the difficult issues facing those grieving the deaths of loved ones. I can help you find your path toward wholeness on this dark, but sometimes beautiful, journey through grief. I've done graduate and post-graduate work in counseling through death, dying, and bereavement, worked with hospices, led groups with traumatized and bereaved people--parents, spouses, and siblings--of all ages. Your journey is unique, but know that you are not alone.
Counseling with me can include mindfulness/meditation, yoga-informed movement, hypnosis and trance work, deep relaxation, visualization, writing, journaling, chakra and energy work, tarot, mandala, and many forms of expression and self-exploration. Also, I offer ketamine-assisted psychotherapy with these modalities as part of the integration process.
Using creative and expressive techniques helped me find my way through the darkest of places. I'll support your growth and learning on this journey in the same ways. You need an empathetic, nonjudgmental, compassionate presence to hold the space for you as you find your way; this is what I offer. Just send me an email. It's the first step toward wholeness.
