My therapeutic approach is mainly focused on Play Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, Talk Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
I have my Masters degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Houston Clear-Lake and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate. I am trained in play therapy, CBT and ACT.
