Therapy offers a safe space for exploration and growth. Our work together will help you develop fulfilling relationships, greater emotional well-being, and increased confidence. As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I specialize in helping couples strengthen relationships and work alongside families and teens to build healthier dynamics.
In addition, I can assist women who are going through life transitions including stepmom challenges, anxiety, infertility, perimenopause, taking care of elderly parents while raising your own family, and other significant changes. I have over 15 years providing therapy to adults, teens, couples and families and consider it an honor to be a safe space.
I am currently developing a Stepmom Connection Group - a supportive space for women navigating blended family challenges, step-parenting roles & parenting responsibilities.
