Hello, my name is Karla Flores, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I create a welcoming and compassionate space, while thoughtfully guiding clients to embrace growth and make meaningful changes in their lives. My areas of focus include those struggling with substance use, anxiety, depression, work stress, and adapting to life transitions. I integrate Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients recognize how their thoughts influence their emotions and behaviors. Through, DBT I also support clients in developing practical skills to navigate life's challenges.
I work with clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, and work conflict and are motivated to make changes. My journey to becoming a therapist began with a desire to support others during difficult times. I foster a collaborative relationship to support my clients in meeting their own therapeutic goals.
