I also have a doctorate degree in clinical psychology and I consider myself to be an integrative psychotherapist, pulling from different approaches and theories to tailor treatment to each individual.
I offer services to adults, adolescents, children and their families strengthen their connections to one another and build deeply fulfilling relationships. I believe when building these connections can bring feelings such as, belonging, understanding, togetherness, and most important love.
I strive to create an environment that feels safe and nonjudgmental, while gently challenging individuals to promote awareness, insight and change in an effort to assist individuals in achieving their own unique goals.
