We are both physical and spiritual beings. It is when we forget to nurture each part that we lose our center and become out of balance. I have dedicated my life to understanding how our emotions impact our behavior and habits. I am a passionate student of the Mind-Body-Soul connection and approach therapy from a holistic point of view. I specialize in Anxiety, Depression, Self-esteem/Self-image, Unblocking Creative Expression and Addictive Behavior.
I create a safe, trusting, compassionate space that allows you to remove your armor and let down the walls to begin the discovery and healing process. My goal is to guide you to the root of the block/issue/source of discord to dig it up and out. The therapeutic methods I love most are CBT, EMDR, IFS (Internal Family Systems), and Human Design.
I believe that we are the experts of our own lives and over time, have allowed outside opinions to suppress our true expression. This causes us to drift further from the person we know we can be. In addition to being a therapist, I am a mindset coach and love showing others how to shift their mindset and finally achieve the goals and dreams they desire.

This is my most popular class! This group runs year-round and covers the topics of mindset, spiritual awareness, and universal laws. It is held via Zoom weekly for 6 weeks at a time. I draw from my studies with the best in personal development and transformation to strengthen your understanding of exactly how your thoughts affect your life.
