Whether it’s anxiety, worry, regret, or shame; we’ll work toward compassion and understanding, allowing peace and acceptance to be cultivated. Together, we can discover all the parts that makeup you, and unearth a voice that may have been lost for some time.
My work is rooted in an anti-racist, LGBTQIA-affirming, feminist, and body-positive framework; allowing space for you in a compassionate and non-judgmental setting. No matter what brought you to this space, I hope to sit with you and witness your path to your integrated self.
