Being a parent is not an easy task. Children & teens present with many difficulties and as parents it can be challenging to help the child & teens regulate the emotions associated with such difficulties, or help your teen when they do not want to talk to you. My background includes training that enables me to help children and adolescents reach their potential by also incorporating parent training to learn how to handle their behaviors and emotions. I provide therapy to kids & adolescents from 3-18 years of age that present difficulties expressing their emotions, anxiety, relational problems and more.
Even though therapy is a serious journey I always find a way to make it enjoyable and fun.
