I believe that healing begins in a space where you feel heard, respected, and accepted. My approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, holistic, and strengths-based. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment that honors your unique experiences while building on your existing strengths.
I have experience supporting individuals across the lifespan, with areas of focus including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, stress, addiction, anger, life transitions, self-esteem, and neurodiversity.
As a bilingual counselor, I am passionate about providing culturally responsive care and supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds. I recognize that culture and mental health stigma can shape a person's experiences and willingness to seek support. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space that fosters growth and healing.
I currently offer no-waitlist services, including both in-person and telehealth appointments. Services are provided on a pro bono basis. I look forward to working together!
