I’m Karla, a bilingual clinician (English & Spanish) supporting adults and teens navigating addiction, stress, anxiety, or depression. I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space to break old patterns, manage emotions, and build resilience. Using CBT, Motivational Interviewing, trauma-focused, and evidence-based practices, I provide culturally responsive care to help you heal, grow, and live with purpose.
