Whether we're working on managing life's daily stressors, processing difficult experiences, or building self-esteem, I work with my individual clients to better understand their inner worlds so that they can create lasting change. I'm work as an IFS informed therapist and am trained in EMDR, though I will pull from other modalities as is helpful for each client.
With couples, I help them learn the skills to navigate changes in order to thrive together or, if their future is unclear, decide whether or not to part ways. I'm not here to take sides or prove anyone right, but instead I am to help you better understand each other and learn to make changes that move you in the direction you want to go.
My approach is collaborative, meaning that I'm actively engaged with you in every session.
