I help adults trace the patterns of early life back to where they began, so present-day reactions, the relational distance, the inner critic, the "why am I still like this" feeling, finally start to make sense. Not as flaws, but as a story that can be understood and changed.
Alongside my own life experience as an adoptee, I built a framework for understanding how adoption, early trauma and disrupted caregiving continues to shape identity. This isn't therapy aimed at helping you tolerate your life as it is. It's aimed at resolution, so your nervous system can finally stop treating old hurt like it's still happening.
