Using Internal Family Systems, we view you not as "broken", but as a system of parts that often find themselves in conflict. I specialize in treating childhood/complex trauma, attachment injuries, family scapegoating, grief/loss, and emotional/sexual intimacy concerns, including performance anxiety, mismatched libido, and intimacy avoidance. I also work with Highly Sensitive Persons, college students, athletes, young professionals, military personnel, veterans, and their families.

My tailored approach also integrates Emotionally Focused, Cognitive Behavioral, Somatic, and Sensate Focus Therapies. My style is warm and gentle, yet honest and direct.
