I work primarily with individuals and couples struggling with grief and loss, trauma, major life transitions, and/or relational difficulties. Clients come to me looking to heal from recent losses, often the death of a loved one, process and recover from traumatic experiences, or improve communication and build understanding in their intimate relationships.

I provide a supportive, boundaried space for the exploration of internal and relational patterns in your life that may be causing you difficulty. Therapy is an opportunity to explore new ways of being and relating that translate into productive changes in your life, help uncover inner sources of strength and resilience, and to deepen your self-understanding.
