I have extensive experience helping clients navigate identity exploration, multicultural and family of origin issues, LGBTQIA+ experiences, and stressful life events and transitions.

I tailor our work to your individual needs, drawing primarily from cognitive-behavioral and emotion-focused therapies, while also incorporating interpersonal and relational perspectives.
