I'm now offering outpatient therapy using the modality of DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy). DBT is a first-line intervention for individuals struggling with significant emotion and behavior instability. It's an evidence-based treatment designed to help reduce ineffective behavior patterns and help individuals to build a meaningful life.
My wide range of clinical experience has strengthened my ability to provide grounded, thoughtful support during times of acute stress and emotional intensity.
