I help high-achieving, self-aware adults who’ve done therapy before but still feel like they intellectually understand their problems more than they've actually healed them. Using EMDR therapy, parts work, and somatic approaches, we'll move beyond insight into the kind of deep healing that transforms how you think, feel, connect, and live. You don't have to spend another year understanding yourself without feeling any different.

My approach blends evidence-based brain-body approaches with compassion, humor, and grounded honesty. Clients often tell me they finally feel seen and supported without judgment. I work virtually with clients across Florida and offer walk-and-talk therapy in St. Pete for those who crave in-person connection. I also love working with couples!
