I specialize in working with adolescents (12+) and young adults who are looking for a supportive, authentic therapeutic relationship while navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, self-esteem concerns, communication struggles, self-harm, suicidality, or stressful life transitions. Many of my clients feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected and are seeking guidance, emotional support, and practical tools to better understand themselves.
I help clients navigate personal and life challenges by building insight, strengthening coping skills, improving emotional regulation, and increasing confidence. Using a strengths-based and CBT approach, I create an encouraging, uplifting, and nonjudgmental environment focused on healing, personal growth, and meaningful, lasting change
