About

I know that life can be hard and feel like an uphill battle. Many times our past gets in the way of our future and we do know who to turn to or how to fix it. I am a Licensed Associate Counselor who has experience working with many mental health concerns from my time working in community mental health. I have training with a wide variety of age groups and work with individuals 18 years old and up.
I have specialized training in treating individuals who have experienced depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, bi-polar disorder, life transitions, relationship issues, grief, personality disorders (borderline personality disorder), and low self-esteem.
I see you, I hear your pain, and know you want to heal your past. In sessions, I create space that is non-judgmental and caring to help you do just that. Ultimately, my goal is to help you in developing the necessary tools to move through challenges and heal what is holding you back.
