I have over 20 years of experience treating a multitude of diagnoses and specialize in treating anxiety, life stressors, relationship issues, and trauma. I use an eclectic approach with various treatment modalities, including but not limited to cognitive behavioral therapy, brief solution-based therapy, and Gottman concepts.
I also offer counseling from a Christian perspective upon request. I am currently seeing adults and have daytime telehealth appointments available.
