Mental health involves treating the whole person: Mind, Body and Spirit. I use a holistic approach that incorporates mindfulness, art and self-expression into my practice. Art Therapy is a mental health profession rooted in the belief that the creative process is healing. In session, art is utilized help facilitate the process of growth and change.
