I believe people's pain is holy and sacred ground and that every individual's story has value. I work with individuals and couples, and I'm passionate about understanding my clients' struggles and giving them hope for healing and redemption. In coming to counseling, my clients can be assured that I'll provide a safe, non-judgmental space for them to grow and find healing. Of particular interest to me is helping people who struggle with relationship difficulties, sexual intimacy issues, vaginismus, sexual shame, religious and sexual identity conflicts, spirituality, and conflict and boundary issues.
I am a certified sex therapist (CST) through the American Board of Christian Sex Therapists and an approved licensure supervisor. I also have training in EMDR, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, TBRI, and Brainspotting. I use an integrative therapeutic approach often including attachment-based therapies, parts work, Voice of the Heart, and the Enneagram.
I believe my role as a counselor is to meet my clients where they are and help them experience freedom in who they are called and created to be as unique individuals. I look forward to working alongside you!

As women, we can often struggle with saying "no" and believing that to be loving means to give of ourselves without recognizing our limits. Then before we know it, we're exhausted and burned out and perhaps even resentful. This group is for women of all ages to learn how to identify the boundaries you need, implement healthier boundaries without feeling guilty, and grow in your relationship with yourself and with others through group support and feedback. You will receive answers to your boundary questions as you work on setting and sticking to your boundaries in real time.
