I’m a licensed professional counselor and founder of Beauty for Ashes Counseling Services. With over 18 years in mental health and a background in education, I help individuals navigate anxiety, depression, life transitions, and emotional burnout with compassion and clarity. My practice is rooted in the belief that healing is possible—even from the hardest places. Inspired by the idea of turning pain into purpose, Beauty for Ashes offers a safe, empowering space where clients can find peace, reclaim their strength, and begin again.
