I am graduate from Richmont Graduate University. I have a degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and a certificate in sex therapy. I believe in assisting engaged couples in creating a strong foundation from which they can launch their relationship and I desire to assist couples in distress to heal and grow. I also enjoy working with individuals, helping them find greater meaning and purpose in their lives. I also work in treating trauma and I am trained in EMDR (Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing).
Common issues I work with include: life transitions, anxiety, depression, codependency, premarital counseling, marriage counseling, female sex dysfunction, and trauma counseling using EMDR (Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing).

I understand that it can be scary to ask for help and be vulnerable, so I want you to know that regardless of what you bring to our sessions, my role is to help guide you towards healing.
