I believe that every person has a unique set of skills and the ability to learn more, as well as unique challenges and the ability to overcome them. Whether it's anxiety, trauma, grief, stress, or some other challenge, I'm here to be an asset. No challenge is too difficult with the right skills and support.
I have been trained in EMDR, the most effective trauma treatment approach to date. I have seen great strength and success in my clients who undergo this treatment option. I also use SFBT, and CBT for anxiety, depression, and adjustment.
