It is my clinical and personal perspective that when we embrace our own deeply personal divine gifts, the potential for living a life of meaning and purpose arises. As we embrace the change within ourselves, we become the change our world so needs now.
I am a licensed marriage and family therapist who utilizes a systems perspective to help clients connect the dots in their lives and experiences. I believe that everything is connected. When we work within, we see the results everywhere out there. I invite my clients to use the gifts of mindfulness, meditation, breathwork, yoga, and reflection to grow.
