My approach is based on inherent beliefs that all individuals possess dignity and beauty. I view life as a journey that is best navigated in the context of safe hospitable people and spaces. I am passionate about coming alongside individuals who are presenting with anxiety, depression, PTSD and other trauma-related symptoms, or who are simply curious to better understand themselves and their stories. I am devoted to supporting survivors of domestic violence, sexual abuse, spiritual abuse, and psychological abuse. I provide individual counseling for adults and adolescents.
Using a client centered framework, I seek to journey with clients on their paths towards health, healing, and growth. I apply therapeutic techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, family systems theory, and Lifespan Integration to provide clients an integrated approach to wellness.
I identify as a Christian and would be happy to incorporate spirituality if explicitly desired. I honor and respect our diversity. When I'm not in the counseling office, I enjoy spending time with my husband and four children. I experience joy and rejuvenation trail running and skiing in our beautiful mountains, reading, baking, and exploring the PNW.
