Embarking on a new therapeutic journey can feel daunting, whether you’ve traversed the path before or you’re heading into the unknown for the very first time. Wherever this voyage may take you, my goal is to ensure you never feel alone as it unfolds. As your therapy traveling companion, I strive to create a space where you have a chance to pause, take a breath, and feel understood as you connect with who you are & where you are in the moment. I work with children (5+) , adolescents, & adults looking for a safe & nurturing environment to discover, explore, and experiment with what it means to live authentically & intentionally.
I support clients journeying through a vast array of concerns, in particular trauma (I am EMDR-trained); grief; donor-conceived identity; chronic pain; gender & sexuality exploration; and neurodiversity. With a relational, playful, and collaborative approach, I seek to help clients creatively express how they see the world and view their place within it.
I’m currently accepting clients of all ages & backgrounds, and offer both in-person & telehealth therapy sessions. Please feel free to reach out for a free 20-minute phone consultation to help you figure out if we’re a good fit for what you want your therapy experience to look like.
