Sessions are located outside, at in-town parks or nearby trails, either sitting or walking in the outdoors. Located in Durango, Mancos, and Cortez. Or via Telehealth online. As a therapist, I want to provide therapeutic mechanisms that can benefit a client during and outside of sessions. I empower clients to take ownership of their healing process.
I believe that a person is not their diagnosis but instead, is experiencing a challenge that can be mitigated or overcome. I provide a safe, judgment-free atmosphere where clients can come just as they are.
