Hello, my name is Karina Tamayo, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in Southern California but provide services statewide via telehealth. I work with adolescents and adults in individual and conjoint therapies. I specialize in anxiety and depression utilizing different tools from behavioral and cognitive behavioral treatments to assist clients in making positive life changes.
I have experience working with adolescents and adults who experience struggles with anxiety and depression. As well as with individuals who have experienced domestic violence. Finally, working with parents on developing positive parenting skills.
