Hola, my name is Karina Rodriguez. I am a Licensed Clinical Social worker (LCSW), fluent in English and Spanish, with a background of working with adolescents and families in various situations including inpatient and partial hospitalization, residential facilities, private practice, and DCFS. I use a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy. I explore thoughts and their relationship to their emotions, believing that our interpretation of events creates our reality and contributes to the development of feelings that cause discomfort and distress.
