I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques to assist individuals identify and understand how to change negative thought patterns that influence their behavior and emotions. I also utilize a EMDR, Person-Centered approach, Mindfulness, and Solution-Based therapy techniques. My practice has been working with children, adolescents, and adults.
I am very passionate about assisting individuals in their mental health journey. My goal is to provide a safe, trusting, and therapeutic environment where you feel comfortable and free of judgment to begin exploring, understanding, and coping with personal challenges.
