Hola! My name is Karina (she/her/ella), a bilingual, first-generation Colombian-American therapist offering trauma-informed somatic therapy to children, teens, and adults in English, Spanish, and Spanglish. All of you is welcome here — your history, your culture, your body, your questions, and your becoming. I feel especially called to support folks navigating intersections of identity, life transitions, and their relationship with their body. I believe that rebuilding a relationship with our body and senses is how we begin to reshape the stories we carry about who we are.

My approach is holistic, person-centered, and somatic — meaning our work together attends to the whole of you: mind, body, and spirit. Sessions may include body-based interventions, movement, mindfulness, imagery, storytelling, metaphor, and nervous system regulation, collaboratively guided by what feels most alive and accessible to you.

I work with those reclaiming vitality, personal meaning, and embodied sense of self — including survivors of domestic violence and relational trauma.
