I am a depth psychologist and psychotherapist with a peaceful therapy studio in Purcellville, Virginia. I excel in bereavement, adolescents, military families, and women's issues including fertility. My goal is to provide a sanctuary for you to explore and discover who you authentically are. In this safe space, you will be encouraged to unveil your strengths, and to confidently present the "real you" to the world. My style of therapy is uniquely comfortable, creative, and grounding. I can help you safely work through trauma and confusion related to life changes and identity, helping to clear obstacles in your path.
I believe in helping people reach their full potential, and assisting in removing stigmas associated with individual personality traits and diagnoses. I am especially gifted in working with teenagers, young adults, and those who may not be ready to verbalize their issues. My specialties include sandplay therapy among other modalities.
Whether through traditional talk therapy, or creative modalities, I can help you work through issues related to identity, relationships, loss, grief, and self-esteem. I am also a Virginia Board-Approved Supervisor of Residents in Counseling.
