Throughout our therapy, I will walk alongside you, and try to understand the direction you want to take in your life, while helping you develop insight into what may be impeding you from your goals. We will begin by exploring your narrative through a casual conversation, and then catering treatment to your goals by strengthening the areas in your life where you shine, and working through the areas of your life that have been met with suffering. This may include mindfulness techniques in order to establish a sense of equilibrium, learning how to have healthier boundaries, and enhancing communication within your relationships.
Whether it is a child having anxiety with parental separation; an adolescent struggling with self-acceptance, self-harm, and depression; an emerging adult having difficulties regulating their emotions or engaging in unhealthy coping skills; or simply a family struggling to communicate and cope through life’s challenges...I am here for you.
