I work collaboratively with individuals, couples, and teens using a systemic, strength-based, and solution-focused approach. I like to incorporates play therapy, art therapy, and psychodrama to help my patients express themselves, but ultimately therapy is based on the needs and the wants of my clients. I enjoy helping the LGBTQ+ community and addressing concerns including trauma, low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, and life transitions. I believe its important to create a safe, non-judgmental space to empower my clients.
I specialize in working with the LGBTQ+ community. I've supported many Clients through the process of transitioning, as well as the many other hurdles this community faces. I believe in being as educated as possible to prevent my Clients from feeling they must educate me.
