I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as well as in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy for past disturbing memories and related events. I also use skills and techniques from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Solution-Focused therapy.
