When we experience suffering or relational distress, we can feel alone and disconnected. I understand this, and hold deep compassion for those in such pain. I attune to my clients with warmth and tenderness, genuinely caring for their emotional and relational well-being.
My approach is collaborative, inviting authenticity within emotion-focused processing.
Working with the neuroscience of attachment theory and a psychodynamic lens, I provide a safe space for my clients to process and gain insight as they journey toward healing, integration, and growth.
I can assist with a wide range of issues including relationship struggles, depression, anxiety, and trauma. I am clinically trained in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples, as well as EMDR.
As a pastor’s wife for nearly 20 years, I have experience working with people in the church as well as those who feel disillusioned by church. I care about the whole person in the context of relationships, families, spirituality, and culture.
