I am an empathetic and culturally sensitive therapist dedicated to supporting the unique experiences and challenges faced by first-generation Latinx individuals. I specialize in issues related to anxiety, depression and life transitions. I believe in a client-centered and strengths based approach, giving each client the opportunity to explore the answers they hold within themselves.
I focus on empowering each client and recognizing their inherent strengths and abilities. I was born and raised in the LDS or Mormon faith which i have been deconstructing for the past few years. I have a passion for joining LDS or post LDS folks on whatever journey they are on.
