Most clients come to me troubled by unfulfilling relationships, overthinking or intellectualizing, trouble knowing what they want or need, and/or identity conflicts and changes. I especially like to work with queer clients or those who have experienced complex trauma or religious trauma and deconstruction. I help clients gain clarity on their values and needs, get unstuck from unhelpful patterns, and create a life filled with genuine meaning and connection.
