There are many reasons to feel overwhelmed by emotional pain and distress. You may be overwhelmed with ongoing conflict in relationships, intimacy issues, feeling unloved and misunderstood, career or children, your marriage, infidelity, addiction or just feeling hopeless. Perhaps you have stopped dreaming? When we are not being heard or understood it can be very difficult to move forward. I work with couples and families to find new ways of communicating and coping with the stressors of life as well as couples going through divorce. Blended families have benefitted by joint sessions resolving differences.. There have also been many positive outcomes from therapy sessions with couples in crisis as a result of betrayal and infidelity.
Having lived and worked in the Middle East, USA and South Africa I have had the privilege of a multicultural background. As a remote therapist I am able to connect with International and local clients in a flexible timeframe across timezones in the comfort of their home.
