I specialize in the areas of relationship issues, family and parenting issues, grief and loss, substance abuse, depression, anxiety, and cultural issues. The focus of my practice is client-center based, starting with you and your individual goals, as well as with the use of cognitive behavioral techniques and solution focused techniques.
When you come in for treatment, I know that it is sometimes a period of great difficulty, sometimes pain, and often times confusion. My intentions are to provide an environment as comfortable and calming as possible, and to be there to work with you on your journey to transition, change, and hope.
