Welcome! What’s the trouble? Is it your relationship? Parenting? Communication with a partner, parent or other important person? Or the world in general? I have 30+ years of experience helping the human experience feel easier and more fulfilling. Together we will safely unpack whats going on for you and identify your options and sticking points. I treat adults, teens (17+), families and supervise mental health professionals. My treatment approach is relational, ecclectic and informed by DBT, Attachment Theory and CBT. I also offer Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy and Circlework. Life feels less lonely when it's talked about.
Our work together will feel like a smart, safe, private conversation all about you. We'll talk about what's going on, discover where it came from and learn how life can become easier for you.
