She/Her/Hers
A fully expressed life emerges when we connect with our innate resilience and become who we are meant to be. We have more energy, feel inspired, connect more deeply, and experience the natural ebb and flow of life with greater ease. Whether you have done psychotherapy before, or are brand new, I am here to help. I offer a beautiful, unique approach to healing, one that brings together teachings from Western psychology and Eastern wisdom traditions. Complete healing comes from mindful awareness of the whole self, and working from a place of embodied connection with our true, genuine essence.
It is possible to become free from those 'stuck' places in life, to heal naturally and gradually, with support, guidance, and inner wisdom. The secret? We need to work with the body to support its natural ability to heal.
I am trained in several different somatic (body based) therapies, in addition to mindfulness meditation, yoga, and Ayurveda. I combine all of these modalities with my traditional psychotherapy background to bring a holistic approach to healing.
