Sometimes it's hard to find our way through life. Therapy offers an opportunity to explore new pathways and new ways of behaving so that you can feel better able to make decisions with intention and live the life you want to live. My focus is on peripartum mental health, infant loss, ADHD, depression, and anxiety. I utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to guide my clients toward personal growth and lasting change. I welcome all people, genders, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community.
I have additional training in the treatment of peripartum mood disorders, infertility, miscarriage, and loss. My own experiences have fueled my passion for working with women during the peripartum period and beyond.
The peripartum period is hard. I'm here to partner with you in finding purpose and meaning during this complicated time in your life. I also have training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) for the treatment of mood disorders and for providing neuroaffirming care. ACT helps us find direction even when we feel aimless and lost.
