I specialize in anxiety and trauma and can help you learn to interrupt anxiety and shift the belief about yourself that you KNOW isn't true about yourself but still FEELS true. I'm trained in multiple approaches including trauma-focused CBT and EMDR. I also work with people suffering from chronic illness, particularly those that are not readily evident.
