If you're looking for extra support and guidance through a challenging situation, or you're just ready to move in a new direction in your life, I look forward to working with you to achieve your goals. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life. By applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques, we will unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.

I am currently a Doctor of Clinical Psychology candidate, with an emphasis on sports and performance psychology and I am certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy. My approach to counseling has a foundation in Emotion-focused therapy (EFT), Process-Experiential therapy, and Mindfulness. I offer workshops on Parenting, Mindfulness, and Sports Performance.

Life is tricky and you may find yourself stuck at times. By learning about who you are, your strengths, and creating healthy boundaries, you may be able to become the person you want to be. My approach is straightforward, based in neurobiology, and mindfulness. I want to help you find a way out, increase personal resilience, and build a life worth living.
