Hello! I specialize in the treatment of addiction, anxiety, depression, trauma, and all related mental health struggles. My primary treatment modalities include CBT, DBT, IFS, and EMDR. Maintaining participation in and control of your life during treatment is paramount for recovery, therefore, I offer virtual treatment which has proven as effective as in-person. Complete abstinence may not be the primary goal, rather, harm reduction may be the goal as we work through trauma and current symptomology. I have an abundance of proven, effective tools to help you feel better today.

I use client centered and strength based approaches in addition to MI, CBT, DBT, IFS, and EMDR as foundations for my therapeutic processes to relieve anxiety, depression, anger management, PTSD, grief, and other mental health issues. Symptomology manifests differently in every one of us, therefore, Client driven treatment is essential to relieve suffering.

Equipped with enormous empathy and insight, as well as extensive clinical experience, I am guided by passion for recovery. Substance use is often an attempt to self medicate emotional, mental, and physical pain. With specific tools proven to alleviating common complaints, recovery is possible.
